आज के digital time में Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, X (Twitter) जैसे social media platforms communication और business का बड़ा जरिया बन चुके हैं। लेकिन इसी के साथ social media fraud, online scam, cyber harassment और defamation के cases भी तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं। बहुत से लोग सही reporting process नहीं जानते, जिस कारण scammer और offenders आसानी से बच जाते हैं। इस ब्लॉग में बताया गया है कि social media crime क्या है, कैसे report करें और खुद को कैसे सुरक्षित रखें। Social Media Fraud और Online Scam क्या होता है Social media fraud तब होता है जब कोई व्यक्ति fake profile, hacked account या impersonation के ज़रिए धोखाधड़ी करता है। आम तौर पर इसमें fake investment offers, job scam, crypto scam, fake giveaways और payment fraud शामिल होते हैं। Online scam में victim को भरोसे में लेकर पैसे, documents या personal details निकलवा ली जाती हैं और बाद में scammer गायब हो जाता है। Online Harassment और Cyber Harassment क्या है Online harassment में लगातार unwanted messages, abuse, threats, obscene content, stalking और blackmail शामिल होते हैं। यह harassment comments, DMs, fake profiles या public posts के ज़रिए की जाती है। Cyber harassment एक punishable offence है और इसके लिए legal action लिया जा सकता है। Social Media Defamation क्या होती है Defamation तब होती है जब किसी व्यक्ति की reputation खराब करने के लिए false statements, fake allegations, edited photos या videos सोशल मीडिया पर डाले जाते हैं। Social media पर गलत या झूठी जानकारी फैलाना भी मानहानि के अंतर्गत आता है। Social Media पर होने वाले Common Cyber Crimes Fake Instagram या Facebook profiles बनाकर धोखाधड़ीTelegram और WhatsApp investment scamsRomance scam और emotional blackmailFake job और work-from-home scamsImpersonation of brands, police या companiesOnline abuse, threats और obscene messagesImage misuse और fake posts के ज़रिए defamation अगर आप Social Media Fraud या Harassment का शिकार हो जाएं तो क्या करें सबसे पहले panic न करें और scammer से argue न करें।सभी evidence सुरक्षित रखें जैसे chats, screenshots, profile links, usernames, phone numbers और payment proofs।Scammer को block करने से पहले evidence save कर लें।अगर money loss हुआ है तो तुरंत bank या UPI service को inform करें। Social Media Fraud और Online Scam की Online Complaint कैसे करें Cyber Crime Online Complaint Financial fraud, social media crime, harassment या defamation category में online cyber complaint file करें। Incident का पूरा description दें और सभी proofs upload करें। Complaint reference number सुरक्षित रखें। Cyber Crime Helpline अगर financial loss हुआ है तो तुरंत 1930 पर call करें। Early reporting से scammer के accounts freeze होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। Harassment और Defamation की Police Complaint कैसे करें Nearest cyber crime police station में जाकर written complaint दी जा सकती है। Identity proof, screenshots, URLs, chats और other evidence साथ रखें। Serious cases में FIR भी register हो सकती है। Social Media Platforms पर Report कैसे करें Instagram, Facebook, Telegram और WhatsApp सभी में in-app reporting option होता है। Fake profile, abusive content, scam या impersonation को platform पर report करें। इससे content remove होने और account block होने में मदद मिलती है। Social Media Scam के बाद Bank Account Freeze हो जाए तो क्या करें कभी-कभी investigation के दौरान victim का bank account भी freeze हो जाता है।Bank को written application देकर clear करें कि आप victim हैं।Cyber crime police से NOC लेकर bank में submit करें।Verification के बाद bank account unfreeze हो सकता है। Harassment और Defamation में Legal Action संभव है या नहीं हाँ, online harassment और defamation के मामलों में legal action लिया जा सकता है। Court content removal, restraining orders और criminal proceedings का आदेश दे सकती है। Legal guidance लेने से गलतियों से बचा जा सकता है। Social Media पर Safe कैसे रहें Unknown profiles से friend request accept न करेंGuaranteed returns या easy money offers से दूर रहेंOTP, password या documents कभी share न करेंTwo-factor authentication enable रखेंSuspicious links पर click न करेंPayment से पहले identity verify करें Social media fraud, online scam, harassment और defamation serious cyber crimes हैं। सही समय पर reporting, proper evidence और correct legal process से नुकसान को कम किया जा सकता है। Awareness और caution ही सबसे बड़ा बचाव है। DISCLAIMER This content is purely for educational and informational purposes.
